Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Farnham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Farnham and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK legislation.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is unsuitable or unsafe for you.
All prescriptions are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following review of your health questionnaire and any supporting information provided. Issuing a prescription remains entirely at the clinical discretion of our prescriber.
You must provide complete and truthful information at all times. Providing false or misleading health information is a serious matter and may result in harm. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use with our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to your confirmed UK address only.
Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers once your order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, particularly for items requiring a signature.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund in line with UK medicines regulations, as medicines cannot be returned or resold once they have left our pharmacy.
If your order has not been approved and no prescription has been issued, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
